2. SCOPE AND USE

JUMPERS BRANDS S.L., through this Legal Notice regulates the use of the service of this web portal (hereinafter "THE PORTAL").

JUMPERS BRANDS places THE PORTAL at the disposal of the different user profiles that will be able to access it. Henceforth, all these user profiles that browse THE PORTAL and/or use the services included or acquire the services or products offered therein shall be understood and referred to as "USERS" and, individually and indistinctly, as "USER".

3. USERS AND USE OF THE PORTAL

Access, use, utilization and/or registration on THE PORTAL and other services is subject to compliance with these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND INFORMATION FOR USERS (hereinafter referred to as "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS") as set forth herein, of the General Contracting Conditions and the Particular Conditions that specifically regulate the services offered by JUMPERS BRANDS, which the USER declares to know and accept expressly and completely, from the moment they access the PORTAL and its services, at which time they also acquire the condition of USER of the same.

Consequently, all use of the PORTAL implies acceptance, without reservations of any kind, of these General Conditions of Use, of the General Conditions of Contracting and of the Special Conditions, which in certain cases may complement, replace or leave without effect, in whole or in part, the aforementioned General Conditions, both of Use and of Contracting, the USER BEING OBLIGATED TO READ THEM, and that the USER also declares to know and accept expressly, in the same terms.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the PORTAL and undertakes to use the PORTAL in strict respect and observance of these General Conditions, the General Conditions of Contract and the Special Conditions, and also the law, custom and public order. The USER, by way of example and not limitation, is obliged to:

• Not to use THE PORTAL, or make use of the elements, information, personal data, content and services that comprise it in violation of the General Conditions, the General Conditions of Contract and the Special Conditions established or those that may eventually be established, or in violation of the law, generally accepted good customs or public order.

• Not to damage, in said use, the rights, of any type, that correspond to third parties, as well as not to pour insults, defamation, threats or publish any other content that affects or may affect the fundamental rights of people and the reputation and brand of JUMPERS BRANDS and its employees, contractors and/or collaborators.

• Engage in illicit, illegal or contrary to the content of the PORTAL, its LEGAL NOTICE, good faith and public order, which could be detrimental to the interests or rights of third parties, or in any way damage, disable or impair the PORTAL or its services, or prevent normal enjoyment of this by other USERS.

• Not to destroy, alter, disable or otherwise damage the data, programs, files or electronic documents and others that are in this PORTAL.

• Not to perform acts that limit or prevent access to and use of the PORTAL, under appropriate conditions, by other USERS.

• Cause damage to systems, introducing programs, viruses, macros, applets, controls or any other system, physical or logical device, sequence of characters that were likely to cause any type of alteration in the computer systems of the owner of the PORTAL or third parties.

• Not to use mechanisms other than those expressly enabled or recommended in the PORTAL to obtain the information, contents and services that comprise it, when said obtaining is possible because it has been authorized or permitted by JUMPERS BRANDS.

• Use the PORTAL and the information contained therein for commercial, political, advertising and for any commercial use, especially in sending unsolicited emails.

• Not to send, except with prior written authorization from JUMPERS BRANDS, advertising or commercial communications of any kind, or electronic messages not requested or previously consented to by their possible recipients, whether they are individual messages or chains of messages. It also undertakes not to capture or use distribution lists that may eventually be accessible from THE PORTAL, or transfer, by any title, to third parties, such lists or data contained therein, regardless of the purpose pursued.

• Not to establish hyperlinks or links between any web page, including the USER's own, or any other site or space accessible from the Internet, and THE JUMPERS BRANDS PORTAL, unless there has been express written authorisation from JUMPERS BRANDS, and with the conditions established by JUMPERS BRANDS in each case. The USER who fails to comply with the above will be solely and exclusively responsible for damages of any kind caused for this reason either to JUMPERS BRANDS or to third parties.

• Not to carry out activities that in any way suppose or could suppose an impairment or damage, of any kind, to JUMPERS BRANDS, its employees, contractors and/or collaborators.

The USER is responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords that may be provided by THE PORTAL, and agrees not to transfer their use to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, or to allow access to outsiders.

The USER shall be responsible for the unlawful use of the services by any illegitimate third party who uses a password for this purpose due to a non-diligent use or loss of the same by the USER. By virtue of this, the USER must immediately notify the managers of the PORTAL, any fact that allows the misuse of identifiers and / or passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to them, in order to proceed to their immediate cancellation. As long as this fact is not communicated, JUMPERS BRANDS will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use of the identifiers or passwords by unauthorized third parties.

4. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The USER is informed that their own use of the PORTAL, as well as the information, services and contents that form part of it, is their exclusive and entire responsibility, releasing and leaving JUMPERS BRANDS completely free from any responsibility and damages against JUMPERS BRANDS for such use by the USER.

Likewise, the USER is informed that in the event of the following cases or circumstances occurring JUMPERS BRANDS will be exempt from liability, unless there is fraud or bad faith on their part, namely:

• The damages that the USER may suffer due to the lack of availability, punctuality or operation of the PORTAL, of all or some of its elements, information, services, contents, etc., due to failures of force majeure, fortuitous cases or other causes not attributable to the same.

• Damages caused to computer equipment during access to the PORTAL and damages caused to the USERS when they originate from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that interrupt the service.

• Damages caused by the deletion or lack of storage or transmission of any content or other communication on THE PORTAL.

• Technical and/or mechanical problems or viruses produced by the USER or third parties, the existence of malicious codes or any other harmful computer element that could cause the computer system of the USER or third parties. It is up to the USER, in any case, to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of these elements.

• The accuracy, veracity, fraudulent access, capture, elimination, alteration, modification or manipulation, timeliness and usefulness of the content and services offered and the subsequent use made of them by the USER. JUMPERS BRANDS will use all reasonable efforts and means to provide updated and reliable information.

• The damages caused by the loss of USERS' information that, as a consequence of the use of the PORTAL or its different elements and services, etc., may be stored, for whatever reason, either in their computer systems or in the PORTAL.

• The purpose for which the WEBSITE serves the purposes of the USER.

• The infringement of current legislation by the USER or third parties and, in particular, of the intellectual and industrial property rights that are not owned by the USER.

• Any other circumstance arising from an act of God or force majeure.

The USER is solely responsible for any claim or legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third parties against JUMPERS BRANDS based on misuse of the PORTAL by the USER. If applicable, the USER will assume any expenses, costs and compensation requested from JUMPERS BRANDS as a result of such claims or legal actions.

By virtue of the above, JUMPERS BRANDS will only be liable for damages that the USER may suffer as a consequence of the use of the PORTAL and its services when said damages are attributable to a fraudulent act of this company. The USER acknowledges and accepts that the use of THE PORTAL, as well as the decision to purchase or not the products and services offered is carried out under their determination and their entire responsibility, and this is without prejudice to JUMPERS BRANDS assuming the responsibilities that may arise in relation to the content published on THE PORTAL.

JUMPERS BRANDS rejects the responsibility for any information not elaborated by the company or not published in an authorized way by it under its name, as well as the responsibility derived from the misuse of the contents and services.

5. MINORS

THE WEBSITE is intended exclusively for an audience over 18 years of age.

Access by minors to the contents included in THE PORTAL, are the responsibility of their parents or guardians, who must exercise appropriate control over the activity of minor children in their care.

6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All intellectual and industrial property rights of both the elements of all types that make up the structure of the PORTAL and its services, understood as such, but not limited to, interactive screen designs, graphic designs, drawings, illustrations, planograms, image or sound files, photographs, source code, logos, texts, infographics, user interface, etc., as well as general or specialized information, as well as general or specialized information, services and, in general, all the contents offered on THE PORTAL, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of JUMPERS BRANDS and are protected by Spanish and international laws on industrial and intellectual property.

Access and browsing by the USER on THE PORTAL does not imply any type of waiver, transmission, license or total or partial transfer of the rights granted by Spanish and international legislation on industrial and intellectual property, nor does it confer any right of exploitation of any kind, which on the information and contents belong to JUMPERS BRANDS.

It is strictly prohibited to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, send mail, transmit, use, process or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included in THE PORTAL for public or commercial purposes, without the express written authorization of JUMPERS BRANDS, or, where appropriate, of the holder of the corresponding rights.

PAEZ is a registered trademark. Any use of the same is strictly prohibited without the express authorization of JUMPERS BRANDS.

7. DATA PROTECTION

JUMPERS BRANDS complies with all the guidelines contained in the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and processing of the USER's personal data. 8. MODIFICATIONS AND DURATION

JUMPERS BRANDS reserves the right to unilaterally modify, totally or partially, at any time and without prior notice the modifications it considers appropriate in its PORTAL, being able to change, delete or add content, configuration, presentation, design of the PORTAL or any of its elements, as well as the services that are provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located in the PORTAL, as well as modifications to these General Conditions, in the General Contracting Conditions and in the Particular Conditions.

JUMPERS BRANDS may modify this LEGAL NOTICE, if it notifies the USERS, a requirement that the parties agree is understood to be fulfilled with the corresponding publication of the variations through THE PORTAL.

Once any of the aforementioned modifications have been implemented in THE PORTAL, any subsequent access by the USER shall imply unconditional acceptance of the same.

Likewise, and in order to offer correct operation of THE PORTAL, JUMPERS BRANDS reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice to the USERS, access to THE PORTAL and its services in the event of carrying out maintenance, repair, updating or improvement of the services, information and contents, as well as to modify or update the conditions of access to THE PORTAL.

The validity of the conditions set forth in this Legal Notice will depend on their exposure, always adjusted to the regulations in force at all times and will be in force until they are modified by other duly published.

9. USE OF COOKIES

JUMPERS BRANDS may use cookies to personalize and facilitate the USER's browsing of its WEBSITE as much as possible. The USER can configure their browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies sent by this, without this affecting the USER's possibility of accessing the contents. 10. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

JUMPERS BRANDS reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its PORTAL and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those USERS who do not comply with this Legal Notice and its conditions.

11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

JUMPERS BRANDS will pursue the breach of these Conditions, as well as any improper use of its PORTAL, exercising all those actions, both civil and criminal, that it can exercise and that correspond to the law.

The relationship between JUMPERS BRANDS and THE USER will be governed by current Spanish legislation. However, without prejudice to the above, the parties submit, for the resolution of any conflicts that may arise, to the courts and tribunals that are territorially competent in accordance with current legislation.
