What are the payment methods accepted?

You can pay with your credit cardo or Paypal system.

As we love security regarding your data, all transactions are encoded. Once the payment is been confirmed and approved we will receive the order confirmation by mail.

How can I know if the payment was succefully done?

Once your order is been succefully placed, you will land into a confirmation page where you will see the details of your order.

I cannot find the ítem that I was looking for, what can I do?

Every season we créate new Paez, even inside a season we créate new models and thes are update into our website, be tunned to check new models! But you can allways write to us and we will try to help to find your perfect Paez!

Can I cancel my order once it is been placed?

We are so sorry but orders paid can not be canceled. You can contac us and explain the matter, we will check the status of the order and we will try to help you in this matter. If the order is been sent to our warehouse to be prepared we will not be Abel to cancel it. Goa head with the order and you can allways request a return of the godos.

Transport and tracking orders

How much is the cost of transport?

The shipment’s costs depends on where you want us to deliver your Paez. You can check the shipment fee when you put your delivery address.

How long does the shipment take?

It allways depends on where you live. In general, for europe the average time is of 5/6 days.

Where do you deliver?

By the moment we sell and deliver in Europe, but do not wory that Little by Little we are arriving farther!

Is My order been shipped?

If you need to track your order, please contact us (ventasonlinespain@paez.com) and we will check it for you and we will send the tracking.

 

Returns

Which is your returns policy?

You can return your Paez allways that they have not been used at all, with the orginial packaging and during the 30 days after the purchase. We will come and pick them for free for the main countries in Europe.

Once the goods are in our warehouse we will proceed to reemborse them to you. Your money will be paid back in the same way you pay the order. Please take into account that the trasnport fee will be never returned, and that this process could take between 7 to 15 days.

If you want to send your Paez back just write to us and we will explain how to proceed.

I want to return my Paez, How can I do?

Write an email to our customer service team (ventasonlinespain@paez.com) and explain why you do not want your Paez. We will explai how to proceed and how the returns work and what you have to do. Do not forget to tell us your order number.

I need to change the size of my paez, How can I do?

Unfortunatelly we can not deal with changing sizes. If the Paez do not fit you, write to us and we will explain how to proceed. We will manage the return of your order (see the returns procedure) and you will have to créate a new order.

Can I return here my Paez that I bought in another shop?

Unfortunatelly we only manage returns of orders placed online paez.com. If you have any questions just contact to us and we will do our best to help to you.

I have received a pair of damaged Paez, what should I do?

We apologise for that, contact us and provide of all information you can, we will manage the return and in case the product is still available we will send another one. Only in that cases all the cost will be assumed by Paez.

Product

Which size shoul I choose?

We recommend you to use our size guide to understand which size you should by. Take into account that due to its materials your Paez will adapt to you feet very son, so if you are between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the smaller one.

How to clean my Paez?

Do not use the washing machine, just brush your textile Paez with cold water and neutral soap, little by little. Have a look at the washing tips we have done!
