At Paez we don't do direct exchanges. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
If both shoes and packaging are in perfect condition we will refund you right away. You can then purchase your new article.
Please do not use the shoebox as your shipping package.

Returns of purchases with promotions will only be accepted for sizing reasons.

If your product was purchased with a promotion and you need a different size on one of your items, you can return it and we will give you a code for a new purchase. Contact for support in the process.

All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
