CAN I CHANGE MY PAEZ.COM ORDER?
At Paez we don't do direct exchanges. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If you'd like to return your Paez order, check the Return Policy.

If both shoes and packaging are in perfect condition we will refund you right away. You can then purchase your new article.

Please do not use the shoebox as your shipping package.

All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

You can contact onlineshop@paez.com anytime for any assistance.

If you product was purchased with a promotion, you can return it and after confirmation, we will give you a code for the new purchase.

Unfortunately no, neither PAEZ flagship stores nor other retailers can accept items purchased on PAEZ.com. Please return your purchase to us, following our Returns Policy.

I BOUGHT A PAEZ PRODUCT IN A STORE AND IT HAS A DEFECT, CAN I RETURN IT?
We are sorry to hear about your Paez. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you directly in this matter. Please return to the store where you made your purchase with the product along with your receipt so that they can assist you properly.

Order Status

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Have you made a mistake and need to cancel an order? If your order has not yet been processed we will try to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. Send us an email to onlineshop@paez.com with your order number indicating that you want to cancel your order and we will let you know if we are able to do so.

We know that such errors can happen, but please understand that due to logistical reasons we may not be able to cancel your order as quickly as we would like. Rest assured that we want you to be satisfied at all times.

IN WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
At the moment we only accept Euros (€), but we are working to enable payments with more currencies.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For Portugal, we allow one payment reference (Multibanco).

IS IT SAFE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Fully, our website uses SSL and you can pay with credit/debit card or PayPal. Do not worry! :)

Purchasing

MY COUPON OR DISCOUNT DOESN’T WORK
If you’re having trouble applying a coupon or a discount code to your order, no need to worry! Just send us an email, with all relevant information to onlineshop@paez.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you have a promocode, it can only be used in products that aren't on discount. Discounts are not cumulative.
HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT COUPON OR PROMO CODE?
You can add a discount coupon or a promo code in two different stages of finishing your purchase. When reviewing your shopping cart, or during checkout. After applying your code, the discount will be deducted automatically from the amount.

We ship to all countries inside the EU, and selected non-EU countries (Switzerland, and Turkey).

Please note that shipping towards non-EU countries and select regions in EU that are subject to a customs clearance process (including Andorra, Canary Islands, Norway, and Serbia) that may be pending to additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed that are not covered by Paez. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE I HAVE PURCHASED A PAEZ?
Oops! We usually send a confirmation email very quickly, so if you haven't received an email check your spam just in case! If it is not there, send us an email to onlineshop@paez.com and we will check if there has been any error.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PAEZ?

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
Don’t know your size? No need to worry. Check our size guide here.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAEZ FIT?
In doubt, we recommend trying your Paez at home first (please don't take off the tag and keep the soles of the shoes as clean as you received them!). They loosen up and mould to your feet in just 20 minutes. Just like any other fabric, they'll adjust if needed (but if there's no pressure, they won't widen).

If you're worried about a tight fit, go ahead and size up for a roomier feel. The chances of them widening too much are super slim. And hey, if they're not slipping off your feet while you walk, that's a popular choice among some of our customers.

If you feel any immediate discomfort or tightness around the area of your toes, try sizing up for a comfier fit. No sweat! But please don't force the fabric (we don't want those holes in the fabric, do we?)
