At Paez we don't do direct exchanges. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If you'd like to return your Paez order, please Contact Us, so we can send you a return label and provide you with the instructions.
If both shoes and packaging are in perfect condition we will refund you right away. You can then purchase your new article.
Please do not use the shoebox as your shipping package.
All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Have you made a mistake and need to cancel an order? If your order has not yet been processed we will try to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of your order indicating that you want to cancel it and we will notify you if it has been possible.
If you’re having trouble applying a coupon or a discount code to your order, no need to worry! Just send us an email, with all relevant information to email@example.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you have a promocode, it can only be used in products that aren't on discount. Discounts are not cumulative.
You can add a discount coupon or a promo code in two different stages of finishing your purchase. When reviewing your shopping cart, or during checkout. After applying your code, the discount will be deducted automatically from the amount.
We ship to all countries inside the EU, and selected non-EU countries (Israel, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Turkey)).
Please note that shipping towards non-EU countries and select regions in EU that are subject to a customs clearance process (including Andorra, Canary Islands, Norway, and Serbia) that may be pending to additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed that are not covered by Paez. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

In doubt, we recommend trying your Paez at home first (please don't take off the tag and keep the soles of the shoes as clean as you received them!). They loosen up and mould to your feet in just 20 minutes. Just like any other fabric, they'll adjust if needed (but if there's no pressure, they won't widen).
If you're worried about a tight fit, go ahead and size up for a roomier feel. The chances of them widening too much are super slim. And hey, if they're not slipping off your feet while you walk, that's a popular choice among some of our customers.
If you feel any immediate discomfort or tightness around the area of your toes, try sizing up for a comfier fit. No sweat! But please don't force the fabric (we don't want those holes in the fabric, do we?)
