Me dirijo a ustedes para solicitar información acerca de la devolución del artículo #97712, que envié a través de Segur con el número de guía 08870130087478.

Hasta la fecha, no he recibido ningún tipo de comunicación confirmando la recepción del artículo devuelto. Además, he enviado varios correos electrónicos solicitando una actualización sobre el estado de mi devolución, pero no he recibido respuesta a ninguno de ellos.

Me gustaría informarles que, por error, olvidé incluir la factura en el paquete de devolución. Sin embargo, dispongo de una copia de la misma que puedo enviarles por correo electrónico o cualquier otro medio que consideren conveniente.

Agradecería mucho su pronta atención a este asunto y la confirmación de que han recibido el artículo devuelto. Asimismo, quedo a la espera de sus indicaciones para remitirles la factura correspondiente.
