The fastest and easiest way to return your items is through our partner, Rever. You can complete the entire return process in under three minutes and receive a return label for shipping your items back through our partnered post offices. In less than a week, you can expect a full refund, including the shipping cost of your order (note that this does not apply to discounted items purchased during sales periods).

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it (take in consideration that the holiday period that is going to be extended until January 10th).
Please keep in mind that both the shoes and packaging must be in mint condition. This means the box, shoes with their side label, and wrapping paper should all be intact. If you use the shoebox as your shipping package, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you're in Lisbon, you can exchange your order at our Alvalade and Strada stores, and soon at our pop-up store at Embaixada. If you're in Porto, you can now exchange your order at our Clérigos store, which was previously franchised, but now is operated within the same company as the online store!
If your product was purchased with a promotion, you can return it, and after confirmation, we will provide you with a code for a new purchase.
