At Paez, we want you satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we only accept returns, not exchanges.
For now you can exchange your online products at our Alvalade store, at Rua Marquesa de Alorna 29A. You must bring proof of purchase always (with no exceptions and with risk of us not being able to satisfy your request).
Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and include all labels and accessories. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
To initiate your return process, please click on the following link:https://returns.itsrever.com/paez. Follow the steps provided, and we will supply you with a return label. Processing the label may take up to 48 hours.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund using the original payment method*. Please note that this can take from 7 to 10 business days to appear in your account, starting from the day we receive your package in our warehouse. You can follow the whole process in the link from our partner, Rever and you’ll be notified by email when the refund process is done.
*For orders in Portugal paid by Multibanco, we’ll email you through our Partner Stripe (Jumper Brands Portugal) to confirm your IBAN. After providing your IBAN, your refund will be issued to your account. Take in consideration that the e-mail may fall in your spam folder. If you haven’t received any communication whatsoever, please reach out to us.
