At Paez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Unfortunately, we don't facilitate exchanges, only returns.
Your order must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, keeping the label and with all the accessories. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Once we receive the returned items in our warehouse, we will proceed to reimburse the amount of the products using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. This process may take between 15-20 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
*For Portugal Orders paid by Multibanco, we will send an email through our Partner Stripe using our legal name (Jumper Brands Portugal) to confirm your IBAN. Once you provide your IBAN to Stripe, you will receive the refund in your account.
