Mediocre delivery service!!!

The delivery company does not meet schedules or answer the phone 15 seconds after calling without me being able to answer, because I did not reach the phone in time, which is why I spent more than 1 week waiting for the items to be picked up at the local post office. CTT. Mediocre delivery service!!!
