That said, we’re rather disappointed that, rather than contacting us first, you chose to throw the product away without giving us the opportunity to understand the issue or help find a solution. We hope you at least had the decency of offering to a charity and/or a person in need!

We also believe it’s unfortunate that a product was discarded instead of giving us the chance to inspect it, exchange it or even find a more sustainable outcome. Reducing unnecessary waste is something we genuinely care about as a brand.

We take great pride in the comfort of our products, and the overwhelming majority of our customers describe this style as exceptionally comfortable. While we fully understand that comfort is subjective and every foot is different, a review like this provides us with no information that helps us improve or understand what actually went wrong.
