En Paez, queremos que estés completamente satisfecho con tu compra. Si por alguna razón no lo estás, tienes 30 días desde la fecha de entrega para hacer una devolución. No realizamos cambios, sólo devoluciones. El envío y la devolución de productos para países fuera de Europa conllevan gastos de envío (compruébalo más abajo).

Una vez que recibamos el producto devuelto, nuestro almacén realizará un proceso de verificación para asegurarse de que todo está en orden. Este proceso puede tardar hasta 14 días laborables, pero trabajamos constantemente para que se complete lo antes posible.

In Portugal, just use the easy return that comes with our package and visit your closest CTT store to safely deliver your Paez or sent it at your expense to:

Do not throw the easy return tag away, as we can't print it again for your order.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging (including box, duffle bag, wrapping paper, with the side tag still intact to the shoe) and in perfect condition for us to process a refund. Paez holds the right of not refunding customers by damaged package (as per our terms & conditions). A damaged package includes: tape the box with glue, don't write anything in the box, and don't tape the return tag from the post office (everyone deserves a nice package, don't we?)
    After 30.06 orders:
    Return in Pickup Point: Do not throw away the easy return label that comes on your order (if you did not receive it, please contact onlineshop@paez.com so we can arrange a pickup). For returns, simply stick the easy return slip DPD on the envelope (never on the box) and leave it at pickup point (check DPD's website to see the closest pickup point near you).

    Returns with pickup at home: Required to send an email to our customer support (onlineshop@paez.com) requesting the pickup, which will always be scheduled for the next day. It is imperative to ensure that the customer is at home the next day so that the pick-up can be done successfully.

    Return with choice for the customer: The DPD returns portal allows you, the customer, to choose in which way you want to return the goods. You'll receive a link from DPD and after validating your data, you'll have access to a reserved area where you can choose home pickup or delivery at a pickup point.

    Before 30.06 orders:
    In Spain, we provide a paid service of picking your shoes to your home. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange the product. Just contact us at onlineshop@paez.com with your availability and confirmation of delivery. The cost of this service is the same as the cost of shipping for Spain. You can choose to send at your expense, and send it to:
