different quality

I noticed the quality have changed. I have been wearing Paez for more than 10 years. Now the shoes are harder (different material, upper&sole inlay), not as comfortable and run smaller (the size) than before.

I made my order online 4 weeks ago an it was not received jet. Customer care answered with different issues and promised to send it again but still not received. I understand we are on vacation period, but t should have received my orden or a clear answer from support. I can't review the product

Everything worked out great and I love the shoes! Bought a pair once at a second hand store and they became my favorite shoes. Now I am happy that I have found you! :-)
