Love my Páez surfies! So much so, I cant bear the thought of taking them out of the house and getting them dirty. Maybe I should get a second pair!

There was a delay in delivery and I was scared about fraud but I reveived my shoes in the meanwhile and I love them

Ghosted by customer support

I ordered three products from the online store and it has been a terrible experience. After a lengthy delivery process (they state a certain time for products to be shipped, but please take into account them taking their time to actually ship them, so add at least 3-4 days to get the actual delivery date), I wanted to return the products. I've reached out twice by email (that I know works because they replied to me through email before) and once through the online form, still no response. I have to schedule the products to be shipped back, but it's impossible, as the customer service team doesn't respond. I'm starting to wonder if they do this on purpose so that the 30-day windows is closed and I can't get a refund.

It's a shame because I like the Paez shoes, but I know for sure that this was the first and only time purchased anything directly online.
