Muito insatisfeito

O tamanho não é real, pedi um 42 (eu calço o 41) e para me ficarem bem teria de ser no mínimo um 44/45.
Devolvi as mules, já foram recebidas no local de origem há mais de uma semana e o reembolso ainda não foi processado!
O apoio ao cliente é simplesmente péssimo!

Terrible customer service

DO NOT ORDER! PAEZ has terrible customer service. Reading reviews from other people I see now everyone has the same problem. PAEZ customer team does not communicate with customers and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to return your order if it doesn’t fit. Their shoes have small cut and they don’t fit your regular size. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!
